  1. Rinse the stain with cold water.

  2. Dab heavy duty detergent or stain remover

  4. Treat with oxygen-based bleach
    If the stains persist, mix the solution of oxygen-based bleach and warm water according to the instructions on the package. This is usually one tablespoon per cup of water. Stir to dissolve completely and apply the solution to the stain with a clean white cloth. Area that works from the outer edge of the stain towards the center to keep the stain from enlarging. Let the solution work for at least 30 minutes and then dry it.

  5. Repeat if necessary and allow to dry.
    If stains persist on carpet or upholstery, repeat carpet and upholstery instructions as necessary. Allow the area to air dry from direct heat. When a small white residue of oxygen appears. bleach, just vacuum.
